A complex consisting of robots was designed and installed: KUKA, 1 axis rotary positioners for orienting workpieces in space, installations for welding fasteners and Fronius CMT welding equipment.

The launch of this solution allowed the company:

drastically reduce the number of stored technological equipment, free up space in the workshop;
to increase the productivity of the welding section, including several times to speed up the process of welding fasteners;
receive and fulfill on time new orders for welding, including aluminum structures.
